2 years ago we bought a new home in Galveston. Ac would not keep house cool. Builder installed bigger unit and it still wouldn’t keep house cool. End of last summer builder brought in another ac company and they installed 3rd unit in 1.5 years. This summer it still wouldn’t keep the keep house cool. We brought in 3D air for an evaluation and they recommended/installed a different unit. It immediately worked great and we couldn’t be happier.

John came out and repaired a broken compressor. Air conditioning works again. No complaints.

Customer service is always over the top when Kylie answers the phone. Most recently Derrick came out and analyzed my problem, but got me up and running with Freon until the major problem could be addressed. Today, Leo and Colby came out and fixed the issue. Once again, Kylie was so helpful on the phone. Not a better service out there.

I have been using their services for the past 3-4 years and have never been disappointed! Kylie was easy to get a hold of and got a specialist to my house really really fast! Derek the air condition specialist was awesome as well, he was extremely meticulous in his work and made sure that we were comfortable and taken care of. He went over all the options for me and It felt confident in their services. I chose the option where they cleaned out our evaporators? condensers? not sure what it was but, now our AC is working better than ever.

Replaced my 45 year unit and duc work ac and heat they were in and out in about 8 hrs.would use them again

3-D Air sent someone out on a Sunday. The Technician was great, he showed me and explained what he was doing and then fixed the problem. Great experience and I highly recommend them!

3-D Air is my Go-To and has been for the past 6 or 7 years. Kylie from the dispatch is always helpful and great at communicating to get the help needed and to keep me informed of my ongoing project needs. 3-D Air is always upfront with costs and clear about any questions or concerns I have. I recently had Derek and Leo out to install a mini-split in my office and they were fantastic. Always called ahead, were respectful, prompt, and worked hard in the Texas heat to get the job done. I scheduled my semi-annual maintenance this past Monday with Kylie. She is always very personable and helpful when calling their office. Leo came out the next day to do the "summer check" on my A/C and dehumidifier. Leo has serviced my units before, and is always timely, personable and thorough. I highly recommend 3-Air for your A/C and heating needs!
